BLAC INC. Spoke at NARTC Event in Houston

FEBRUARY 2026 – Benefits of High Performance Valve Actuator Systems was presented by BLAC INC. at the North American Refining Technology Conference (NARTC) on Feb. 11th.

In addition, the BLAC INC. booth highlighted how to lower the total cost of ownership with the Viper™ Series and Pantera™ Series product lines.

Viper Electric Actuators: VFD-controlled for precise valve control across most applications. The 𝐕𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 uses absolute position feedback for accurate, repeatable modulating control.

Pantera HPCU: Integrated motor/pump assembly, reservoir, and core control manifold. Designed as an alternative to centralized hydraulic systems, and delivering power-on-demand efficiency with lower total cost of ownership.

BLAC INC. INDIA has Major Delivery to Regional Client

JANUARY 2026 – BLAC INC. is excited to announce a major delivery from our Hubli, India manufacturing facility to a regional client.

Headquartered in Elmhurst, Illinois, with additional manufacturing in Houston, Texas, this project demonstrates BLAC INC.’s global execution capability by supporting regional customers with local manufacturing while leveraging our broader engineering and quality standards.

Scope of supply included:

  • Four (4) Hydraulic Power Control Unit (HPCU) skids

  • Six (6) slide valve actuators

  • DCS Jog Control Panel

  • Workstation PC

  • PLC cabinet with HMI

These actuator systems support FCC Spent, Regen, and Double Disc Flue Gas (DDFG) services.

All equipment was engineered to BLAC INC. standards, with customer-specific requirements and hazardous area classifications incorporated as required.
