Completion of the program will provide participants with a more comprehensive understanding of our systems, design, capabilities, functions and maintenance needs.

The BLAC INC. classroom training includes an overall equipment review with a detailed breakdown of the major components. Trainees will review the mechanical and electrical systems, drawings, system maintenance and troubleshooting.

The training class will review troubleshooting the equipment in addition to preventative maintenance to ensure your equipment is properly maintained for operation. 

Hands on training with filter maintenance and calibration of certain components ensures your personnel will have full confidence in maintaining your BLAC INC. equipment.

As all refineries know, millions of dollars will be saved by having critical spare parts in the warehouse if there is ever a need to use them. Spare parts on the shelf are essential to reducing downtime risk.

For BLAC INC. valves, all spare parts are shipped in metal containers as shown. This comes with an outside label for the parts inside the shipping crate.

All parts are itemized for the benefit of the end user. Old spare parts coming out of the valves at turnaround can then be placed inside this shipping container and shipped back to BLAC INC. for refurbishment.

For BLAC INC. actuators, HCU, HPU, PLC Control Systems and related critical equipment such as pumps, motors, servo valves and feedback devices, necessary replacement parts for your needs are available.
